1. General Cancellation Policy
Customers may request a cancellation by sending written notice to Contact@MoroccoPlan.com or via WhatsApp at +212 660-421159.
Cancellation requests will only be valid once confirmed in writing by MoroccoPlan.
Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation, as detailed below.
2. Standard Tours & Activities
Free cancellation up to 24H before the tour start. Cancellations made within 24H of the tour are non-refundable. No-shows (failure to arrive at the meeting point on time) are non-refundable.
3. Multi-Day Tours & Packages
Unless otherwise specified on the product page:
Free cancellation up to 24 H before departure.
50% refund for cancellations between 5 before departure.
No refund for cancellations within 24 H of departure.
Changes & Rescheduling
4. Changes & Rescheduling
Requests to change the date or time of a booking must be made in writing.
We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they are subject to availability.
If rescheduling is not possible, the standard cancellation terms apply.
5. Cancellations by MoroccoPlan
We reserve the right to cancel a tour or service due to:
Weather conditions or safety concerns.
Government restrictions, strikes, or events beyond our control.
Minimum participant requirements not being met.
In such cases, customers will be offered:
An alternative date or service, or
A full refund of the amount paid.
6. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Processing time: 4 Business Days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Transaction or currency conversion fees charged by banks/payment providers are non-refundable.
7. Non-Refundable Services
Tickets for attractions, museums, or events with fixed entry times.
Last-minute bookings (within [24 hours]) where the supplier does not allow refunds.
Services provided by third-party partners where “non-refundable” is clearly stated.
8. Security of Your Data
We use SSL encryption and secure third-party payment providers to protect your personal data. However, no online transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
